Notice is hereby given that the King-Chavez Academy of Excellence, Inc. (“King-Chavez Neighborhood of Schools”) will hold a regular meeting as listed below.

Public input on specific agenda items and those items not on the agenda – Any person of the public desiring to speak shall be allowed to speak during public comment time and has the option of speaking once on any agenda item when it is being discussed. Speaking time shall generally be limited to three minutes, unless a longer period is permitted by the Board President. Agenda speakers will be limited five minutes.

5. Information / Action - CEO update verbal report including operations, facilities, and academics. Presented by Tim Wolf and Cindy Kelley

05.a - Approve updated Uniform Complaint Procedure (UCP) to change UCP Officer to Cindy Kelley.

06. Information / Action – Financial Controller update verbal report including financials, budget to actuals, budgets and forecast. Presented by Laura May

06.a - Approve Local Control Accountability Plans (LCAP) for the 2019-20 School Year for all King-Chavez Charter Schools including the new Federal Addendum.

06.b – Approve Educational Protection Accounts (EPA) for all King-Chavez Charter Schools

06.c. – Approve Consolidated application for Federal funding for all King-Chavez charter schools

06.d - Approve Consolidated Budget for the 2019-20 School Year including individual Charter School Budgets and Discuss cash flow management

06.e – Approval of resolution of Special Education Reallocation plan

06.f. – Approval of P2 attendance reports for the 2018-19 school year for all King-Chavez charter schools.
