Minutes:


1.    Welcome by Council Chair: Joelle Worwood -Joelle was not in attendance so Rachael Pederson welcomed everyone. Lynette Harmon read the minutes from the last meeting and Whitney Blackett made a motion to approve and Rachael Nielson seconded it. 


Approval of Minutes- September 20, 2023

Lynette Harmon read the minutes from the meeting on September 20th and Whitney Blackett made a motion to approve and Rachael Nielson seconded it.

Discussion Items:


2. 2023-2034 Trustland Expenditure Mid-Year Report

Mr. Mecham mentioned that he would like to add on $5-$8,000.00 and put it into a take home/level library. Ours needs a major overhaul. He would like classroom sets for teachers called Readers for all Learners.  

3. Discuss possible Trustland Expenditures for 2024-2025.

We discussed Goals and Amount budgeted and expeditures. So far we are on/under budget. 

At the next meeting we will share the MOY Acadience Math scores with a report by coaches. 

We'll look at the first draft of Trustland Expenditures for next year.

Next meeting will be February 7th that is changed from the original plan of February 21st. The coaches will be unavailabe that day.
