We discussed a learning coach and how we could trim things to get the $20,000.00 necessary to pay for it.

Goal #1-

Pay teachers for non-contract hours

This will trim down $15,625.00

Hire IA

Down to $48,000.00

Items took out: Grade Level Materials and Keyboards.

Added an Instructional Coach - $20,000.00

Goal #2-

Professional Development - Down to $6,000.00

Goal #3-

Purchased music - Down to $1,000.00

Yvette Larsen made the motion to approve and Holly Hall seconded it.

We voted and everyone approved.
