Rachel Nielson motioned to approve minutes, Andrea Echols 2nd it.
Discussion Items:
2. Discuss possible Trustland Expenditures for 2023-2024 (See below)
Instructional Support: Non-contract time for teachers, 2nd grade math fluency, $20,000 for Instructional Coach.
If we lose Title I funding, Trustlands funding could help.
An Idea for using the trustland money in technology, we could possibly get 2nd grade ipad keyboards.
If approved, re-license the infiniD lab. Mr. Mecham thinks it's worth it for another year,
Studies weekly (4th & 5th grades) The price of Studies Weekly went up in cost significantly for next year. One way to cut the cost & keep it at the same cost was to pay for 5 years up front. Studies Weekly will let us pay for the first 3 years which will cost around $5,000. Then pay the other 2 years yearly. Studies Weekly also said they would come down for free and help with online studies with a weekly training.
