Present: Kayla Veater, Susan Hansen, Andrea Echols, Holly Hall, Linda Hanks, Richard Pay

Last month minutes were approved

Discussion:

We have been spending money on PD for teachers and traveling expenses, teachers have been purchasing hand on items for ELA, Math and Science, our reading IA is learning how to work with student, teachers, and our new program, music is going good, teacher and students are enjoying their new iPads. We also discussed that we need to make sure we are spending our money on repairing technology and Character Education materials.

Teacher Prep Time (extra hours for planning) – $21,000

Teacher PD (conferences) – $9,000

Music Instruction – $18,000

Technology – $13,000

Reading – 1^st – 4^th $15,000

Reading Horizons, phonics, blending, fluency

Class-size reduction 5^th grade: $18,000

Questions Comments and Concerns:

As we were discussing spend the question came up with what is working this year. Mr. Pay needs to pull data of our our goals from this year. Then we can combine that with data from last year and be able to finalize our plan next month on a school plan.
