MINUTES:

Discussion Items:


2. Acadience Reading and Math Report: Mrs. Blackham

Mrs. Blackham went over the percentages of proficiency in Reading and Math.


3. Discuss School Improvement Plan: Mr. Mecham

Mr. Mecham went over The School Improvement Plan.

Pay teachers for non-contracted time: Data analysis each grade level make peers goal paid out of this money.

Instructional Assistants: They come in on Fridays and cover while teachers progress monitor in acadience.

5th grade Battle of the Books: 105 kids in the 5th grade. We buy books and rewards which gets kids reading which we feel is worth it.

InfiniD Lab: Not sold on this. We need to discuss with teachers to see if it’s worth it. We feel it is not used enough because it takes too much time.

Studies Weekly: Increasing prices. If we sign for 5 years they will not raise the price. PTO paid because they feel it is necessary. They will send SCC members a rough draft.



4. Discuss possible Trustland Expenditures for 2023-2024

Plan based on need. Where do we want to put money next year?
