1. Welcome by Kami Crump. Did everyone have a chance to review the minutes from last meeting?

Approval of Minutes- November 20, 2019 Motion to accept by Kay Pettit seconded by Harmony Langford

Discussion Items:

2. InfiniD Labs Presentation He came late and did not bring adapters so we could not see his presentation on the projector. We were a small enough group that we were able to see his laptop fairly well. Program is built to last 45 minutes, but really takes about 60 minutes. You can push pause and continue later. $14.00 per student if you are doing the entire school. If it is something we want to do, we can set up a time to go to other schools in the district and observe it.

3. School Land Trust Implementation Mid-Year Progress Report Packet handed out by Mr. Mecham. Goal #1 Teacher non-contract time, Grade Level Materials, Technology (50 ipads) 100/200 2 Instructional Assistants, General Supplies, TEchnology, Goal #2 Increase Quality Instruction PD 580 Transportation, Admission, Per Diem and Goal #3 Increase opportunity to learn and experience Music 2019-2020 100/200 Salaries/Benefits 730 Equipment/Instruments/Supplies

4. Begin drafting 2020-2021 School Land Trust Plan We will work on this next month. Please make any suggestions you have for it.
