We are excited to share that our bell schedule for the 2023-2024 school year has been finalized and we’ve met our goal!  A huge thank you to all of the students, staff and parents who have shared your input with us.  Your voice matters!

athletics

With the exception of Girls Golf, the 2022-2023 Sports' Season has come to an end.  Thank you to all of our student-athletes for demonstrating leadership throughout the year.  You all helped create a lifetime of memories for your teammates and community. Looking forward to what 2023-2024 has to offer.

Our student athletes excelled in the classroom as well as in competition.  At our awards ceremony, we celebrated over 180 athletic letter awardees as Outstanding Student Athletes for maintaining a cumulative 4.0 or higher GPA.  RVHS Athletics would also like to recognize Celeste Martinez for receiving 2nd Team All-State honors in gymnastics.  Great job Celeste!

Due to the successes of our teams this year, Ralston Valley has been awarded the Freddie Steinmark Award for the 13th consecutive year.  This award is given to the top overall athletic program in Jeffco Schools.  It is a measure of all of our programs and a high honor to receive.

The FALL ATHLETICS REGISTRATION window will open on July 19th.  Athletes will need a valid ATHLETIC PHYSICAL to register.  Please go to the RVHS Athletics Website for instructions and the registration link: Ralston Valley High School (rschoolteams.com)

Girls Golf Going to State

After a strong showing last week at the Regional Golf Tournament, Ralston Valley is excited to send three of our golfers to state to compete as both individuals and as a team.  Addi Hines finished in second place regionals to pace the Mustangs heading to state.  She will be joined by teammates Isabel Ekborg and Hayven Beck.  Good luck Mustangs.

If your 10th-grade student is driving, they may leave campus with parental permission.  They are expected to follow local and state driving laws.  Please click on this FORM to give your sophomore child the ability to leave campus with your permission.

Our campus is not closed to our 11th and 12th grade students and they may leave campus.

Advisement Corner

Ninth Grade Advisement

We have completed this year's advisement program for our freshmen students. What an incredible class of young people. We have learned a lot from this class, and believe that they have learned a lot of valuable tools and skills that will help them ease into their tenth grade year. Students will be walking away with many lessons that include, but are not limited to: sleeping habits, executive functioning, anxiety, how to manage stress, mindfulness, gratitude, screen time and the growing brain, healthy relationships, etc.
