Workshop Information:

Trust forms the foundation of every high-performing team, yet many organizations struggle to create environments where honest dialogue thrives. This interactive workshop, led by a certified Trust at Work Leadership Coach, provides leaders and teams with a research-backed framework for building authentic trust and fostering psychological safety.

Biography:

As a certified Trust at Work leadership and performance coach, Andy Vasily has spent more than two decades creating the conditions for educators to think, teach, and thrive.

Currently serving as PYP Coordinator at Antwerp International School, Andy brings a global perspective from his work at fully authorized International Baccalaureate schools across six countries. His journey began in the trenches of elementary and middle school physical education, where he spent 18 transformative years helping young people to embrace physical activity for life.

Andy's pioneering blog, PYPPEwithAndy.com, didn't just win PE Blog of the Year—it redefined digital pedagogy in physical education. During this time, he was also named Most Influential PE Contributor Worldwide, a testament to his ability to inspire educators across the globe.
