Accounting Department – NO PHYSICAL DEPOSIT CHEQUE DROP-OFF
The Accounting Department is virtual. There is no option to drop off physical deposit cheques in person.
All deposit cheques must be deposited electronically either via Direct Deposit at any TD Branch or by Wire Transfer. Instructions are provided HERE. These instructions must be followed exactly.
Keep in mind! If you physically take possession of a cheque, you can make the direct deposit yourself.
Office Pick-Ups
In the rare event that something is available for pick-up, you will be notified directly. Items will be held for you at the HouseSigma office at:
15 Allstate Parkway #629
Markham, ON L3R 5B4
Pick-ups are available only between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Do not arrive at the office unless Accounting has confirmed that an item is ready for you.
