ISA Program

A real estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent) is an individual who works internally to procure sales opportunities at a brokerage or team. An inside sales agent may complete cold calling, chase down online leads, and otherwise engage in general prospecting.  The degree to which ISAs interact with leads can vary between "scrubbing" which is a word for hard qualifying to simply ensuring the lead is a good number, valid email and points inbetween.

HouseSigma has engaged "outside" Inside Sales Associates before (now that is confusing!).  By that we mean we have engaged the services of a 3rd party company to attempt to qualify incoming leads before handing over to our reps.  In truth, this program was less than successful so it was not continued.

We are currently Beta Testing a different approach. We have brought on to the team a group Inside Sales Associates that are employed directly by HouseSigma.  

At this state it is an "ISA-lite" program.  By that we mean that by putting an ISA on the lead we are asking some lite prequalifying questions "are you working with a rep", "are you prequalified" and attempting to get their availability so that we can matchmake with one of our reps.

Ideally these leads have provided us with a specific time they wish to go view a property.  They may also simply have a question or have expressed a desire to "Speak with an Agent".

These are being provided to you with no strike against your claim limit.

Given the initial early successes we want to isolate our communication of these leads on a dedicated chat room.   We have been posting ISA leads in a Google Chat room.  (also known as Google Spaces)

If you are not familiar with Google Chat it is a group messaging board built into gmail with the option of multiple "rooms".

Important Action!

As a Level 2 Agent you are entitled to claim ISA leads.

Ask ops-admin@housesigma.com to add you to the ISA Claim Room.  

You will receive an invite to "join the room"  please don't ignore that invite.

Once you have received the invite here is a further guide for accessing and using Google Chat.

Join a space from Gmail or Chat 

Open Google Chat or your Gmail account.

At the top left, click Start a chat "".

Click Browse spaces. The spaces that you're directly invited to appear at the top of the list. To find a space, enter its name.

Optional: To preview a space, point to the space name and click Preview. When you preview a space, you can read messages, but you can't participate in the conversation or get notifications.

To join the space, in the preview, click Add "" or Join.

To open the space, click Open.
