Touring Activities & Appointments on FUB
Why is this necessary?
Following these steps will help in minimizing "No Shows", as your client will get notified with upcoming appointments, including locations and other relevant information you may decide to share on your appointments
Additionally we added a new feature that will display FUB appointment to the HouseSigma app and website
This will insure your clients remain in our ecosystem and are less likely to be exposed to other realtors!
Touring activities will be displayed on HouseSigma's App and Desktop website when an appointment is logged on FUB using the MLS number, Address and / or HouseSigma Link for the property. (in location and / or description field) following the steps below
Touring activities will show on listings after the scheduled time for the viewing
Touring activities will NOT be displayed if the descrition is missing property information
How does it work?
Direct Lead Assignment: Leads that come in through this new Direct Contact Button are immediately assigned to you, bypassing the lead claim dashboard entirely.
Quota-Free Leads: These direct leads will not count against your daily lead claim quota, giving you more opportunities to connect with potential clients.
Maximize Your Visibility: The more listings you tour, the more frequently your profile will appear under the Agent Touring Activity section. This increased visibility means more chances for you to receive direct leads through the new button.
For now, only registered users who have not yet been assigned to a HS agent can have access to this contact button
Get out there to tour listings, log your touring on FUB, and make the most of this exciting new feature!
Instructions & Setup
For appointments to be displayed under Agent Touring Activity, Please check the Matching Rules Below, As long as one of the fields (Title, Location, Description) contains one of the required info (HS URL, MLS#)

Best practices
It is very important to log all of your appointments in the leads profile page.
For the title of the appointment, keep it Short and Simple. Ideally use the following: “HouseSigma - Showing Appointment” or “HouseSigma Listing Appointment”
Add the exact date and time you will be meeting your client.
Add the location you will be meeting the client
Please check the Matching Rules for each field above
In the description, make sure to add the properties you are viewing with the client & Include MLS# or HS URL (for Touring Activities). You can also add in instructions on where to exactly meet you. “Meet me in the lobby”
Check That Box "Send invitation email & text reminder"
This will minimize “no shows” to your scheduled appointments with your client as it will send them a email notification and text reminder.

On your lead's FUB page right side panel, click on the "+" to create an appointment
First appointment will be your appointment location, Please include following showings in the description followed by the MLS numbers (ListingID =)
