Effective September 23, 2026, all manager support for Ontario agents is moving to our new Managerline space in Google Chat.

As part of this transition, we are discontinuing WhatsApp and Discord for brokerage-related communication.

What is Managerline?

Managerline is your dedicated Google Chat space for connecting directly with management. Use it when you need support with:

• Deals & transactions — Questions about deals, transactions, or next steps

• Compliance & policy — Guidance on brokerage policies and compliance requirements
  Please continue to use the FINTRAC Compliance Google Chat Space for all FINTRAC-related questions.

• Offers, listings & documentation — Help with offers, listings, paperwork, and documentation

• General brokerage questions — Anything else you need help navigating

Why are we making this change?

Moving manager support to Google Chat brings our brokerage communication onto one secure, company-managed platform.

This helps us:

• Keep communication organized and accessible

• Support our record-keeping requirements

• Protect confidential and client information

• Make it easier for management to respond quickly and consistently

What you need to do

1. Join Managerline
Open Google Chat and search for the Managerline space.

2. Use Managerline for manager questions
Going forward, direct all brokerage-related questions for management through Managerline.

3. Stop using WhatsApp and Discord for brokerage communication
Do not use these platforms for client, deal, transaction, or other brokerage-related information.

4. Leave existing WhatsApp groups
Please leave any existing brokerage-related WhatsApp groups after today.

Important: WhatsApp & Discord will no longer be monitored

Management will no longer monitor WhatsApp or Discord for brokerage-related questions after September 23, 2026. Questions sent through these channels may not receive a response.
