You can save the image to your computer by right-clicking on it and selecting "Save Image As." After saving it, you can upload the image as your background in Zoom or other video calling services by accessing your camera settings.

To access the document, click on the arrow in the top right corner. This will open the document in a new tab, where you can choose to save the letterhead to Google Docs. Once saved, you can then edit the letterhead as needed.
