We are excited to announce a new feature on our platform that allows agents to share their insights on properties they have toured. This feature adds exceptional value for our users and helps agents stand out by showcasing their expertise, highlighting what makes a property unique, and providing valuable insights to support our users with more informed decisions.
Additionally, this feature will help agents generate and convert more leads by increasing both their visibility and perceived professional value.
Key Details:
Eligibility: Agents can provide insights only on properties they have toured. Touring activity is tracked through FUB appointments.
How to provide insights: Once a property tour is logged in FUB, the activity will appear under the new Manage Listing Insights section on our internal dashboard.
Insights Format: Agents can share feedback under two sections: Pros and Cons.
Professional Standards: Agent insights will be visible to all HouseSigma users. Please ensure your feedback is not subjective, valuable, respectful to property owners, and professionally presented.
User Contact Rules:
Users not currently assigned to a HouseSigma agent will have the option to contact the agent providing the insights.
Users already assigned to a HouseSigma agent can view other agents’ insights and activity but will not have the option to contact a different agent.
