These are contacts who reached out and at the time were either not claimed because we didn't have a rep for the area or didn't have enough reps at the time to clear the board. It's also possible they were claimed by a rep who is no longer with us and their follow up boss account was reassigned. These leads are available for you to claim and breath some life into!
So does that mean these leads are "stale"?
Maybe. Maybe not. Define stale? It's important that you keep in mind the "typical" cycle of on-line inquires and in particular the data we've been tracking here at HouseSigma.

Something to keep in mind is that with our system we can clearly see that these leads... although they made their initial appointment request weeks or may even months ago... are still active on the board! Recently! Maybe even today!

"Okay you've convinced me... how do I participate?"
Your manager can assign you a "Revive Claim Limit" that will allow you to choose leads from the Revive board. This will not affect your daily claim limit. The Revive Board works just like the Lead Dashboard. You will only see leads for the area you are subscribed to. The Revive board automatically repopulates by pulling inquiries by area from the Customer Service account based on the most recent activity on the HouseSigma site.
