Top Six Recognition
Each month, HouseSigma recognizes the Top Six performers from the previous month, based on written Gross Commission.
Process for Qualifying:
Around the 15th of each month, we announce the Top Ranking representatives for the previous month. These rankings are based on GCI (Gross Commission Earned) for deals written during that month.
To ensure timely and accurate reporting, we’ve instituted a cut-off date of the 10th of the month to submit any outstanding deals via the Deal Submission Board. This allows the Accounting department enough time to enter all deals before the target announcement date of the 15th.
As part of the process, you’ll receive an email with your Transactions Written statement for the month, along with the anticipated Top 6 range. This gives you the opportunity to identify any missing deals or keying errors before the final rankings are announced.

To better showcase the fantastic work our team does in representing our user clients, we’ve transitioned our Client Reviews to a platform called Trustpilot.
Founded in 2007, Trustpilot was created with the vision of establishing an independent currency of trust. It’s a digital platform that connects businesses and consumers to foster trust and inspire collaboration. Trustpilot prides itself on being "built on transparency"—a philosophy that aligns perfectly with ours!
With Trustpilot, it will be easier than ever for consumers to verify the exceptional client experience that HouseSigma consistently delivers.
This means the process for collecting reviews is changing.
Previously, to trigger a client review request, you would update the Follow Up Boss stage to "Closed A Deal," and an email would be sent from FUB with a link for the client to complete a review.
Now, it's even simpler! Once you firm up a deal on the Deal Submission board, we automatically send out the review request.
Please note that these reviews will not include your name unless the client specifically mentions it. Here are three examples of our client reviews on Trustpilot:
As you can see, the reviews don’t automatically indicate which agent the client worked with. However, the Dev team has made sure that the automated email specifically asks clients to mention you by name.
NOTE: As of now, Trustpilot review requests are only being sent to Sale clients, not Lease clients. As the program expands, we will begin requesting Lease testimonials as well.
We’ve updated the 00 Reminder of HS Satisfaction Survey via Trustpilot template in Follow Up Boss (FUB). You can now remind clients that a request for a review is on its way from Trustpilot and kindly ask them to mention your name in their review.
