These updates are designed to further highlight your experience, availability, and market coverage, ensuring potential clients can find the right agent for their needs.
This update solves two key challenges:
Showcasing your real estate expertise to help build client trust.
Reinforcing HouseSigma as a full-service brokerage.
Your profile will now highlight:
Past and current listings and sales
Logged tours through Follow Up Boss Appointments
Additionally, agent profiles are now clickable wherever they appear across the HouseSigma platform, directing users to your Agent Directory profile. Users can access your profile when:
Submitting a contact request (if assigned to you)
Viewing their user profile (if assigned to you)
Checking touring activities

FAQ:
Does the “Homes Bought & Listed” count only include my time at HouseSigma?
No, it includes transactions from the past 10 years, including deals before you joined HouseSigma.
How do I display my toured homes?
Tours are logged through FUB Appointments—please follow the logging instructions.
What if my data is incorrect?
Review your profile and submit correction requests to Ops-Admin@HouseSigma.com.
How often is the data updated?
Touring activity updates within 24 hours of logging showings in FUB. Sales activity updates within 24 hours of closing a transaction.
What if I have 0 homes toured, listed, or bought?
Tabs with 0 activity will be hidden until a transaction or tour is logged.
Does this include leasing activity?
Not yet. For now, only resale transactions are counted. Leases, pre-construction, and commercial deals will be added in future updates.
What if I’ve worked in multiple provinces?
Currently, transactions from other provinces will appear on a Canada-wide map. A refined display is coming soon.
What if I don’t have a profile picture or bio?
Incomplete profiles will not be displayed until updated.
Can I opt out of displaying my agent experience?
No, at this time, all agent activity is visible on your profile.
Where is this feature available?
This feature is live on both the website and mobile app.
New Additions:
City Distribution: Consumers can now see which cities you have the most experience in.
Property Type Distribution: Highlight your expertise in various property types to potential clients.
Enhancements to Existing Features:
Clickable Sold Transactions on the Mini Map: Now, you can click on your sold transactions directly from the map for more details.
Sold Transactions Carousel: View your sold transactions in an easy-to-navigate carousel located at the bottom of the mini-map.
These updates help present your experience more clearly to potential clients, allowing them to better understand your strengths and specialties.
Launched October 17th, 2024, we’re excited to introduce a new feature!
Each listing’s page now displays the Top 3 available HouseSigma agents in a specific neighbourhood. A new neighbourhood map will also show the total number of transactions completed by our brokerage in that region.
This feature is designed to:
Increase your exposure and create more contact points for users to reach out to you, generating more leads.
Showcase HouseSigma as a full-service brokerage with agents who have deep knowledge and experience in specific areas.
Available Agents: Only agents who have not exhausted their claim limit for the day will be displayed. This ensures users are directed to agents who are available to take on new requests, optimizing lead distribution.
Assigned Clients: Users already assigned to an agent will not be prompted to contact other agents. This feature is aimed at users who are actively searching but haven’t yet connected with a HouseSigma agent.
