This is a feature we are testing to address a concern brought forward by many of you - Not being aware of a lead request when it's sent, The feature will send an SMS to a set of agents when a lead arrives into our system.

Right now this is only in beta testing stage, Limited only to Level 3 & 4 to allow us to test issues on a smaller group of agents before rolling out the feature to all HouseSigma agents

Currently in the process of:

• Addressing bugs and agent concerns

• Balancing the SMS notification concerns

• Potentially explore other pairing or notification mechanism

As we previously mentioned, this is not based on exclusivity. We don't think it's fair to to involve over 190+ agents in a test without making sure it actually works and serves it's purpose. Once we have postitive findings and we are confident the system works, it will be rolled out to all HouseSigma agents
