To achieve this, the representative must have written 6 HouseSigma transactions (sale or lease) within 6 months. Credits are calculated based on a fee-to-credit formula. The credits issued will not exceed the number of monthly fees paid. Credits are calculated using written transactions.

Your credits will appear on your HouseSigma account, and if you have credits, NO deductions will be made from your bank account until those credits are depleted.
