Featured Listings
HOW TO FEATURE A LISTING:
Copy the URL of your listing from the HouseSigma website.
Email Ops-Admin@HouseSigma.com with the HouseSigma listing link and the Listing Agreement attached, requesting to feature your listing.
Please Note:
Request must be sent between the hours of 9 AM - 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
Minimum Listing Commission of 1.5% and minimum Co-Op Commission of 2% is required for a listing to be featured on the HouseSigma website. This minimum commission structure is in place to help you, the representative, demonstrate your value.
Once Ops-Admin confirms that the listing has been featured, it may take up to 24 hours for the update to appear on the front-end of the HouseSigma website.
Listings can be featured for both Personal and HouseSigma Clients.
HouseSigma Agents are welcome to feature their own listings, regardless of the commission paid to HouseSigma.

In line with its "Shared Success" model, HouseSigma has consistently shared in the marketing costs of its listing clients.
Initially, our cost-sharing was based on tier 1 and tier 2 listing packages linked to the commission amount. To streamline and offer more flexibility to our representatives, we revamped the policy in January 2023. You can find the updated policy details HERE.
How It Works
While you have the freedom to set your commission based on what is appropriate (e.g., for repeat clients or buy-and-sell scenarios), we do not endorse "buying" business.
It's important to note that the company provides rebates on marketing costs exclusively for HouseSigma clients and within the guidelines outlined here.
Rebate Amount
Reimbursement amount up to 10% of Company Dollar (HS Commission payable), with a minimum of $750 and a maximum of $5,000
Sign install costs will be rebated for HouseSigma clients outside of the 10% reimbursement
Marketing costs are rebated upon successful transaction and submission of receipts
If the listing is terminated, 50% of the marketing cost allowance will be rebated
Eligibility
Elibility for reimbursement requires:
The client must be a HouseSigma client
The listing must have a minimum 1.5% Listing Commission and 2% Co-Op Commission
Minimum requirements for the marketing package of a Sale listing include:
Professional Photos
Floor Plans (measurements and square footage)
Virtual Tour
Additional marketing material (e.g., brochures, drone footage, landing page, staging for higher-end properties) is at the representative's discretion and is eligible for reimbursement as long as it does not exceed 10% of the Company Dollar Commission paid or $5,000.00.
Invoices must be from a reputable source with a verifiable online presence
Excluded: Print Advertising
Reminder:
To be featured as a HouseSigma Featured Listing, the listing must have a 1.5% Listing Commission and 2% Co-Op Commission
Any exception to the above must be approved in advance by the Director of Sales (Ashkan@HouseSigma.com) via email, with a copy of the approval submitted at the time of the reimbursement request.
HouseSigma Client Marketing Rebate: FAQ
Why are there minimum requirements for Photos, Virtual Tour and Floor Plans?
We believe that any listing represented by HouseSigma should have professional photos, a virtual tour, and floor plans at a minimum. This ensures consistency in the representation of HouseSigma listings.
What if my client doesn't want Floor Plans?
Please obtain approval from the Director of Sales in advance and explore other substitutions. The Seller must decline in writing (e.g., email or text tracked in FUB).
What if my listing doesn't sell?
HouseSigma will reimburse you 50% of the marketing costs if the listing doesn't sell. Provided the following is submitted:
Listing Cancellation Form
Listing Agreement
Paid Marketing Invoices (from a reputable source with a verifiable online presence)
What about Staging?
For higher-priced listings where staging would be a consideration, the reimbursement budget should accommodate one month of staging, up to the previous published cap of $3,000, if commission properly.
Does this apply to Leases?
This policy does not apply to Lease listings, which have a maximum $100 credit for professional photos.
What does the reimbursement process look like?
Reps pay for the marketing invoices for HouseSigma listings first
When submitting a deal via the Deal Submission Board with the Listing Agreement, reps upload the paid marketing invoices

Commission Earned x 50% to HouseSigma x 10% = Marketing Credit
