HouseSigma provides Premium User features to users who are currently working with HouseSigma representatives or have completed transactions with us in the past.
This program was developed based on your feedback from surveys and suggestions to:
Enhance opportunities for our representatives to build rapport with clients
Support ongoing communication among new users, past clients, and our HouseSigma representatives
Increase the number of Buyers and Sellers committed to working with our HouseSigma representatives
Increase incoming leads and opportunities for our HouseSigma representatives
By enabling our representatives to manage access control, this initiative will:
Contribute to Communication Continuity and Consistency
Serve as a built in Keep-in-Touch System
Promote the use of the FUB Calendar System
Potentially allow us to track the number of "Active" clients working with HouseSigma Representatives (via the Premium User count)
What are Premium User Features?
At the time of the initial release in 2023, the Premium User Features are as follows:
Listing Popularity
Sq ft Distribution in Neighbourhood
Bedroom Distribution in Neighbourhood
Who has Premium User Feature Access and How does it work?
Access to Premium User Features are granted to users who are actively working with HouseSigma Representatives.
The Premium User Feature Access expires after 3 months from activation for Current Clients and 6 months for Former Clients.
Each agent has the ability to turn this feature on for a client they are currently working with or a former HouseSigma client they wish to acknowledge.

Additionally, to create more opportunities for HouseSigma Representatives, we will actively promote the availability of Premium User access on the website.
Users who have submitted a property inquiry through the Premium Access Promotion Portal will be identified on the Lead Claim Board.
Every one of our Representative MUST undergo training on how to explain the program, assess elibility, and grant Premium Access to qualifying individuals.
What Users / Clients Qualify?
Premium User access is limited to the following criteria:
Active Potential Buyer or Seller Clients (Those who have scheduled at least one previous viewing via the FUB Calendar within the past 3 months)
Previous Clients (Those who have completed deals(s) with HouseSigma)
Number of Activations:
There is currently no cap on the number of activations a representative can have at any one time
Expiry Renewal:
If clients remain with HouseSigma representatives beyond the initial 3 months (still actively touring with an appointment booked on the FUB Calendar within the past 3 months), representatives can extend the clients' Premium Feature period for another 3 months
Premium Access for Previous Clients can be renewed for additional 6-month periods
Included/Excluded:
Applicable to Personal or HS Clients
Applicable to Buy/Sell only, excluding Lease transactions
HOW IS ACCESS ACTIVATED?
We have put the power of activation in your hands!
That's why it's mandatory for all our Realtors to complete Premium Access Training in accordance with our Premium Access Policy.
Enter your client's email or phone number, ensuring it matches the email or phone number they use when activating their HouseSigma account. If they are unsure, they can check the email under their profile icon.
IMPORTANT: Record their email or phone number in their Follow Up Boss account to avoid having two emails for the contact.
You should be able to identify the contact's HouseSigma User Account information on the left-hand contact menu in Follow Up Boss under "Custom Fields," which may be a cell or an email.
If done correctly, the user's account information will populate, and you will be able to click on "Submit."
Note: If "Submit" is greyed out, then something is incorrect. See the FAQ section.
After clicking on "Submit," the system will confirm that the setting is successfully saved.
NOTE: There is a lag between FUB and the system. If you added your client's platform account email or number in additional to one you already had in FUB, it may take an hour or so for the system to catch up.
If the contact was found successfully and you hit submit, the system will advise if that user does not qualify for Premium Access.
For example, if the contact has a past appointment registered on your FUB Contact Calendar or has a deal logged on our Deal Submission Board that aligns with the contact's URL, they may not qualify.
It is critical that all our agents are trained in Premium User protocols and qualification. Users need to clearly understand what is required for Premium Access. Remember, this program is designed to provide you with more opportunities and is reserved for users who are actively touring with a HouseSigma Representative.
REMEMBER!
Representatives cannot activate 3-month access for Active Clients unless there has been a recent past viewing appointment recorded in the FUB Calendar (within 3 months)
Representatives cannot activate 6-month access for Past Clients unless their is a Sale Deal Submission recorded for that client
The system will automatically set the expiry date based on the following:
If it is an active client, Premium User access expires in 90 days
If it is a past client, Premium User access expires in 180 days
If it is both a past client and an actively touring client, Premium User access expires in 180 days
FAQ
It isn't finding my user?
A few things could be happening:
The email/telephone is not associated with an active user with a platform account
The email/telephone number is not an exact match for an active user with a platform account
The email/telephone number matches an active user profile but not your FUB contact
There is a lag following a FUB contact entry
It found the user but won't grant access?
Remember that to be qualified for Premium Access, a user must have a past appointment logged on your FUB Contact Appt Calendar within the past 3 months OR have completed a transaction recorded on the Deal Submission Board.
They paused their search and I want to keep them warm?
If their search has been on hold for more than 3 months, we do not consider them active.
One of the pillars of this program was to assist you in bringing value to your active leads. Use this opportunity to get them back out on the street and educate them on current market conditions!
How do I know what inquiries have come through the Premium User portal?
Users that have expressed interest in Premium Access will be flagged on the Deal Submission Board
I've granted access. How will my client know?
Your client will receive a personalized email that outlines:
Expiry Date
Available Features
Instructions on how to extend the subscription
How do I renew my clients access?
As long as your client still meets the qualifying requirements, you can repeat the process to grant access. Depending on their status, that access will have a 3- or 6-month expiry.
I've followed all the steps correctly, but I still can't get my client set up?
Contact Ops-Admin@HouseSigma.com with your client's name, telephone number, and FUB URL, and they will share this information with the Development Department.
This is great, but I have ideas on how it could be improved.

PREMIUM USER ACCESS POLICY
Due to the public-facing promotion of this feature, it is critical that all our representatives are trained in explaining the program, evaluating eligibility, and providing Premium Access to qualifying individuals.
To ensure readiness among all reps, we have developed a mandatory yet concise Knowledge Test that must be completed. Any rep who has not finished the Knowledge Test will have lead claim paused until successful completion is verified.
Post-launch, every rep joining HouseSigma must complete the Knowledge Test as part of their orientation. Lead claim will not be activated until successful completion is verified.
By completing the Knowledge Test and providing your HouseSigma Platform User account email (may differ from your @HouseSigma.com email), you also will be granted Premium User features. This will give you an edge in the field!

I have completed the Knowledge Test, but I have not received Premium Access.
Premium Access will not happen for you in real time. We will be monitoring completion and activating every few days.
