Since 2009, the challenge of purchasing a condo with limited finances while securing a valuable investment has highlighted a major gap in real estate data accessibility. At the time, buyers faced significant obstacles in making informed decisions due to the lack of available information. Key questions—such as determining a fair comparable offer, accessing the sold history of a unit, and making an informed judgment call—felt overwhelming.
Existing resources offered little guidance, and no tool allowed buyers to conduct their own research on what could be one of the biggest investment decisions of their lives. For those accustomed to working with numbers, the frustration of limited data access made the process even more challenging.
A strong passion for the real estate industry became the driving force behind HouseSigma. The goal was clear: to make a difference by helping buyers and sellers make better choices.
