Forward Rolls
When we finally return to school next week, we will be continuing to learn some gymnastics. I can't wait to see what you have been practising during Home Learning. To get ready for this I would like you to practise some forward rolls as revision.
Find a soft surface and some pillows for extra safety.
It's important to use a safe and correct technique. Watch the videos below for help and then complete 5 forward rolls.
