Welcome to the Physical Education Home Learning page!
Children and adolescents should do 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day. Regular physical activity helps kids with healthy growth and development to build strong bones and muscles, improve balance and develop skills and maintain and develop flexibility.
Try your best to attempt these activities throughout the week. If you do not have specific equipment at home to do some of the activities, you can replace them with what you do have at home to use.
It is up to your family if they would like you to complete any of the activities at local parks/ovals otherwise a lot of them can be done at home.
Click on the relevant week in the Term 3 page to start your PE activities. Have fun!
