Find a safe place to move and a piece of furniture that you are allowed to use. It might be a couch, chair or bed. Have fun!
OLYMPIC SKILLS (F-6)
Over the next few weeks you are going to be participating in some Olympic sport skills. Each week there will be two Olympic sports to participate in, for everyone in the school from Foundation to Level 6.
Open and read to find out what your physical challenge is and what equipment will be needed. REMEMBER to check how to score points during the challenge! Once you have completed the challenge check back to see if you achieved a gold, silver or bronze medal.
You do not need to take any photos or videos but Mr Young will be checking in your Webex meeting what medal you achieved. Good luck Olympians!

Balloon Volleyball
Make a net by tying a piece of string or long scarf from one chair to another. Then blow up a balloon and start practising volleyball skills, such as digging, setting and spiking! Change things up by kicking or head-bumping the balloon.
If someone is available to play with you, have a game and remember to explain the rules before starting.

Two square/Downball
Use a tennis ball or two square ball and play two square with someone at home. If no one is able to play with you, try playing against the wall, which is also known as ‘downball’.
Remember to explain the rules to someone before you start playing.
