Automoblox toys are fun, modular toy cars that children play with. CHARGEnorth students were assigned with creating CAD models of a unique accessory to change the way that children could play with these cars. We are so impressed with their creativity, as always!
Using VCarve and the CNC Router, students created tiles with designs of their choice to hang on the wall in the Makerspace!
For the second Makerspace Project, most students worked in groups to create several stunning projects. Their guidelines were to make a project following a tutorial.
As for the third Makerspace Project, students were encouraged to create boxes for Valentine's Day, a fun throwback to their elementary school days. We're so proud of our students for what they were able to create!
CHARGEnorth students had a unique opportunity of having access to a state-of-the-art makerspace! Sophomores have been assigned to create any project of their choosing over a six-week time period, and the results have been phenomenal. A project made for TSA (Technology Student Association), students Joanne Go, Sian Pilo-Pais, Chloe Kim, Sharon Kim, Navya Tellakula, and Gia Mani made this Stacked Toolbox and placed 1st overall in the Tech Day Competition!
