Join RXMs nationwide for a timely discussion on the first Thursday of each month at 11 am ET. Some quick updates are provided at the beginning, but the rest of the call is meant for you to collaborate with other RXMs across the brand to brainstorm, discuss ideas, and share experiences.
The RXM Connect Channel on Progress Retail (the home of Fleet Feet University) supports collaboration among RXMs between the monthly calls and is a space to ask questions, feedback and advice from your peers.
The RXM Mastermind group is a small, focused group of experienced RXMs who meet to give and receive advice and support from each other. Each Mastermind group will consist of roughly six members for 4 months. Meetings will be held monthly for 90 minutes, and three sessions are offered each calendar year. Prospective members must apply and will be hand-selected by the Retail Experience team. Learn more and apply today!
This is the main communication tool the Retail Experience team uses to keep RXMs informed about new tools or resources and the key things to focus on.
"I've worked for Fleet Feet since 2014. I started as a coach, then full-time Outfitter, moving my way into various management roles over the years. I've done a little bit of it all. My passion lies in helping people achieve their goals and I've been honored to do that with every role I've taken on at Fleet Feet. My current position as Retail Training Manager allows me to coach and mentor RXMs to, in turn, develop their Outfitters to perform at their very best. More than anything, I want to be a resource for RXMs. I truly believe that our greatest potential for growth starts with the Outfitters and those that interact most frequently with our customers."

"I first came to Fleet Feet as a customer and participant in the training program, with a goal to complete my first marathon. I came for the training and stayed for the amazing community that Fleet Feet provided and in 2018 found myself working part-time and coaching the training program myself. That soon turned into a full-time role as the Retail Experience Manager for the Cincinnati stores before joining Store Support Team in 2021. As a former classroom educator, serving the brand as Sr. Manager of Retail Education is a perfect marriage of my two passions: education and Fleet Feet! Getting to serve our organization by providing both educational content and opportunities for live education is a dream come true and my true privilege."

"My first experience with Fleet Feet was with the JackRabbit transition in 2021. Having JUST taken over management of my local running store two months prior, I was a little skeptical and nervous about the change but decided to stick around and give it a try. I fell in love shortly after. I am immensely passionate about inspiring hope to people in the fitness industry, and luckily for me - that’s exactly what my job is at Fleet Feet. My current role is leading the OPDP and helping those new leaders go into their respective markets and develop our presence in the community. I want our stores to give people the hope, that wherever they are in life, ‘Forward is a pace.'"

"Originally a Michigander, I got a job with Coca-Cola out of college that brought me to Pittsburgh, PA where I was first introduced to Fleet Feet. After experiencing a quarter-life crisis, I decided I wanted to do something I was truly passionate about, so I approached the owners for a part-time job on the weekends to get my foot in the door of the running industry. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the culture of Fleet Feet and go all-in on a full-time role in the store. After doing what seems like a little bit of everything over the years, I now lead the Retail Experience team. I've had a lot of support throughout my career with Fleet Feet, and my number one goal is to make sure you do too!"
