The Outfitter Coaching Log is a tool designed to help RXMs track their interactions with Outfitters, whether formal or informal. 

The Outfitter Coaching Log is designed for use with Google Forms. This enables access to the response form from any device for any store leader. The form responses can then be secured with limited access.

Daily

• By the end of each day, the RXM and/or anyone leading a shift fills out the Outfitter Coaching Log for each notable Outfitter interaction, both positive and constructive, particularly noting any necessary follow-up. 

Weekly

• Each week, the RXM and OP/Owner ensure that all follow-up tasks are completed or scheduled for future action. 

Monthly

• In preparation for each Outfitter's Monthly Outfitting Card Review, the RXM looks through the Outfitter Coaching Log for any trends or interactions worth discussing.
