FranConnect is our brand’s intranet. It contains many tools and resources that will help support anyone in the store who has a business responsibility beyond Outfitting.
Have your store Owner/Operating Partner log in and go to settings at the top right. Under users, select “Manage Users.” On the next screen, select the “Add User” button. From here you will want to fill out all the required fields. Here are a few things to take note of:
For the login ID, it is recommended that you use your first initial and last name.
If “Send Notification” is selected at the bottom, the opportunity to set your own password will be emailed to you once the profile is fully set up.
In the “Roles” dropdown menu, make sure that the “Sales Team Member” role and “Retail Experience Manager” are selected.
