Use the Sales Floor Playbook to lead intentional Daily Huddle meetings with your team before each shift, including information on the team schedule, any store updates, events or promotions, tasks to complete, and staff shoutouts.
Track opening/closing and Team Leader duties for each day.
Track Outfitter completion of the Weekly Warmup, reading of the Team Newsletter, and a weekly check-in (formal or informal) with the RXM.
Track daily and weekly sales goals vs. actual.
Highlight Outfitter weekly Outfitting Metrics and fill out a development action plan for everyone on your team.
Invite other leadership team members to contribute to the 'Store Updates' section for their area of expertise (ie, training programs, marketing events, etc.)
