WaitWhile is our electronic appointment booking and waitlist management platform. As an RXM you will use it to manage your customer queue and direct the flow of traffic in the store.
Have your store Owner/Operating Partner log in and go to Settings > Users. From there, they can invite you using the blue “Invite User” button at the top right of the screen.

Utilize Waitwhile's Waitlist feature to manage customer flow on the sales floor most effectively. It keeps both your customers and your outfitters organized, on task, and creates the best experience for the customer.
The person primarily responsible for inputting customers into the Waitlist should be whoever is running the sales floor that shift (Team Leader or RXM)
Waitwhile functions best when used on all iPads, not just the one that the Team Leader is holding. The Team Leader should manage all new entries on the waitlist, but individual Outfitters should be responsible for transitioning the customer to the “Completed” section once they have served them. This is best achieved when the Outfitter holds on to their iPad throughout the fit.
Measure customer wait and serve times by ensuring every customer is entered accurately and is transitioned to the appropriate status: Waiting, Serving, and Completed, respectively.
