Analyze store and Outfitter performance using the 'Last Week's Outfitting Report' on the Outfitting Card 2.0 Dashboard.
Note improvement or decline in specific Outfitting metrics for the store average and individual Outfitters.
Copy & Paste the 'Last Week's Outfitting Metrics' in the 'Week' tab of the Sales Floor Playbook to keep Outfitters abreast of their current performance.
Note any specific development action plans based on their monthly goals or weekly performance within the Sales Floor Playbook as well.
Based on specific store goals or initiatives, you may also explore additional reports on the Outfitting Card 2.0 Dashboard, such as the 'fit id® KPIs by Day Report' or 'Last Week's Store Outfitting Report.'
Review each Outfitter's performance using the 'Monthly Outfitting Card Review Report' on the Outfitting Card 2.0 Dashboard.
Click on the arrow to the left of each name to see month-over-month performance and note any improvement, decline, or trends, particularly as it pertains to any goals the Outfitter is actively working on.
