The sales floor is where the customer "lives" and the Outfitter hones their skills. It is where our people can put into practice the training we provide. It also gives us an opportunity to observe an Outfitter's behavior and coach them in the moment.
While working on the sales floor, the majority of your time will be spent in the Team Leader role; helping to not only manage and coach your team, but oversee the customer experience as well.
