Day 1-Practice/Brainstorming for warm-up routines
The students will be performing warm-up routines consisting of 6 creative exercises. The routine will be video-taped and used for warm-ups for 1st graders. Students will write down dialog for the routine to hand in. Students will also have practice time to perfect their routine before taping.

Groups of 4-6 line up facing each other in single file. Students pass the puck to the next line and run to follow. Receivers control, pass, and follow.
Will practice then play in competition with other groups for how many passes in 1-2 minutes.

Students will be split into 4 teams and given different color pinnies. Goals will be put in four corners of the gym. Each team will choose one goalie and defender to protect their goal. Everyone else in the game is on offense trying to score as many goals as they can. At the end of the round, teams will count up personal goals and add them together.
