Click the Strategies drop down menu. Select a strategy, read and trial the strategy. Remember you need to be consistent and try something more than once (ideally four to six weeks) before you know if it is effective.
Some background knowledge on aggression. There are two different types to be aware of and these will be managed differently:
Reactive Aggression
more related to emotions
affective or expressive
loss of control and emotional flooding
emotions are dominant
Proactive Aggression
instrumental or operant
more like a tantrum, being done to get something
goal orientated
cognition is dominant
