DRAFTING

Drafting and AutoCAD provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to create technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for a wide range of industries, including architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and construction. The programs typically cover topics such as drafting principles, computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modeling, and building codes and regulations.

Students also receive hands-on training in using drafting and CAD tools and equipment to create accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans. Upon completion of the program, students may pursue careers as drafters, CAD technicians, or designers in a variety of industries.
