Grade 00 - Termly Update

The Shongololo Class began their journey on January the 18th with great excitement and eagerness. As the days of term 1 passed, our girls and boys have grown more confident, adapting to new routines and exploring their exciting new school environment. One particularly memorable moment was the visit to the Headmaster's office, where the Shongololos listened to Mr. Prinsloo recount the story of Clifton's history and left with a delightful treat.

Participating in different activities has become a crucial part of their weekly routine, including baking, art, physical education, and music lessons. They also have ample free play, and psychomotor activities are the highlight of their week.

After the mid-term break, the Shongololos bravely plunged into the big pool to commence their weekly PE swimming lessons. Throughout the term, captivating themes have infused a touch of magic into their learning journey. The Colour Theme, spanning two weeks, saw the children arriving dressed in the colour of the day, accompanied by cherished toys for show and tell.

At the end of the term, the Shongololos enjoyed a delightful Easter hunt and picnic to conclude their academic period. They followed the trail of  the Easter bunny footprints, leading them on an exciting adventure where they discovered hidden eggs nestled among the trees in the Headmaster's woods.

With a fantastic start to the year behind them, the Shongololos eagerly anticipate the adventures that lie ahead for the remainder of the year
