TCA Parent Led Clubs

TCA After School Clubs

Do you have a skill or idea that you would like to share with a group of students?  If so, we need you to lead an after school club! If we have enough students interested and parents willing to oversee a club, we would like to start these in March. Last year we had a Pokemon Club,  Chess Club, and a Basketball Club. Some other ideas: Book Club, Crafting Club, Legos Club. What ideas do you have? Please fill out this form to share your ideas and willingness to lead and organize a club.

TCA Parent Club Interest Form

Parents, please fill out this form if you are interested in overseeing an after school club on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons from 2:50-3:45pm (except for conference weeks). By completing this form, you understand that you will be the lead adult organizing the club and you will attend each session. We are hopeful there will be other parents that will be available to assist you. In addition, there will be a staff member there to help supervise and answer questions. Thanks for your interest!

TCA Club Parent Interest Form 2024

Hello, TCA families! How do students know if Chess Club is a good fit for them? It will be a casual time for students who know the basics of chess but want more practice and are excited to make new friends. If this sounds like you, now is the time to sign up.

We are also looking for parent volunteers who could help facilitate the chess playing time. If you have background or experience in playing chess competitively, please contact me (Stephanie Tse) at stephanieptse@gmail.com.

Please note: This is a parent-led group and not a drop off club. Students and siblings must be supervised at ALL times.

Due to limited spots, sign-ups will close after we have 20 committed students.
