Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in registering at The Classical Academy (TCA), Escondido! As a Certified Public Charter School, the Classical Academy is free of charge and open to all students in San Diego County and surrounding counties. We encourage interested families to first attend a campus tour to learn how TCA can meet the needs of your family. If you are ready to join our community, the steps to register at our campus are easy:

1 - Call the front office at 760-546-0101. We will ask you for your email address and contact information to email you a link to register online.

2 - In that email, you will receive a REG-Online link and supplemental registration documents to complete.

3 - Once the online registration is complete, bring the following supplemental documentation to the front office for your student:

Online confirmation page (printed from REG-Online)
New Student Coversheet (received in registration email)
Multipurpose Release Form (received in registration email)
Request for Student Records (received in registration email)
Oral Health Form, if Kindergarten or New to Public School Student - (received in registration email)
Health Form, If First Grade Student - (received in registration email)
Immunization Record (visit www.shotsforschool.org for more information)
Current Proof of Residency (lease, mortgage, gas, electric, water, or trash bill)
Birth Certificate
IEP or 504 - If your student has an IEP, our Program Specialist will be in touch to discuss services.

4 - Attend a New Parent Orientation, which will be scheduled once you bring in registration documents to the front office.

5 - Once you attend a New Parent Orientation, you and your student will sign an Independent Study Master Agreement and be assigned to a teacher.

6 - Your teacher will contact you to set up a time to meet, pick up books, and get started!
