**Badger Fall Sports - Flag Football Coaches Needed!**

Hello Parents!  Our Badger sports program is one of the finest and most competitive in our community and we are looking for a few parents to continue that tradition this fall for our boys flag football team.

We have one coach and are looking for one or two more that could help lead our teams next year.  The commitment is:

• One practice a week (3:30-5pm @ Emmanuel Faith Community Church field on Wednesdays)

• One game a week (typically Fridays at 1pm)

• Season starts late August with tryouts and final game mid October

Track Meet Tomorrow!!!  For all of you who signed up, it’s going to be a GREAT DAY!!!  Meet is at Calvin Christian High School, starts at 9:45am (be there around 9:15) and goes until 1:30pm.  Wear your best running shoes (no metal spikes), shorts, and Badger sports shirt!!  It‘s going to be a total blast and GO BADGERS!!!

Run!  Leap!  Throw!  Jump!   That's right folks.........IT'S TRACK MEET SIGN UP TIME!!!!

That's right, our track meet is right around the corner on Friday, April 12th starting at 9am at Calvin Christian's High School Track!  This is a SUPER fun event and I'm hoping a bunch of our amazing CAMS students give it a try.  Many 8th graders have realized at this event they actually are good at track and go on to run at the high school level.  You do NOT have to have any previous experience in track - I will hold a few training WIN times to show some techniques and explain how to compete.

You can sign up on the linked SignUp Genius below - look through the different events and sign up for a MAXIMUM of 4.  Cost to participate is $10 payable in the CAMS Front Office and wear your Badger sports shirt.

Last call for girl's soccer tryouts!  Tomorrow is your last opportunity to make the roster for the season.  Tryouts tomorrow are at Emmanuel Faith from 3:30-5. 

If you're an 8th grader going on the East Coast Trip, only your parent has to be in attendance at the meeting.  Please have them drop you off at the field and then they come back to school for the meeting or find a ride with another student to the field.

Girls Volleyball

CAMS Girls Volleyball will have open gyms on Aug 7, Aug 14, & Aug 21.   Come out for some summer volleyball fun and work on building your skills before tryouts. Tryouts will take place on Aug 28th.  More information for the season will be available mid August.   All open gyms, tryouts, and practices will take place at EVCC (2245 E Valley Parkway) from 6-8pm on Monday nights.
