Rules:
1) Be creative and have fun!
2) Doors must be decorated by Wednesday, December 7th
3) This year your team will need to work together to come up with a combined theme. You will need to work with your team and decide to decorate the doors all within one theme (example: holiday movies, holiday book, scene of a holiday village, etc.). Who knows...maybe you will team up with another grade and do your entire hallway. Get creative!
If your team wins, you will win lunch on me from Jason's Deli! If you are not located near your team, choose some doors near you to collaborate with.
I will allow staples on the wall, just be mindful and don't hammer the wall if you decide to decorate the hallway or walls around the door.
No tape!

he window for the Winter MAP Assessments will open the week we return from Thanksgiving. Please make sure these dates are on your calendar and you are assessing students during the specified window:
DATES FOR TESTING WERE ADDED TO YOUR OUTLOOK. Each grade level was assigned a day. This helps with small group testing.
Please be sure to revisit your students' goals with them so they are motivated and engaged in the testing. Remember we are measuring our growth, so having intentional conversations with your students will help them focus.

After Thanksgiving Break, we have several ARD meetings that need to be scheduled in a short period of time. We will do our best to schedule on Wednesday but we may need to use other days to get all the meetings in. Thank you for your flexibility.

I would like to send CONGRATULATIONS to Ms. Sophie Nget on being promoted to our HEAD CUSTODIAN! We are blessed to have her. She will be working hard as they have not hired her replacement, as of yet.

The T-TESS Middle of the Year conference window is November 14 - January 13. In January, we will meet to do our data cards for the MOY. This will count as your MOY TTESS conference. If you want to schedule another conference, please touch base with Koen or Diaz.
You also need to update your goal and strategies in Strive for your Professional Growth Goal. This will be a time for you to look at what evidence you have collected so far and how we can help support you and your goal for the remainder of the year.

January 3rd, we will organize the groups for the next round
WIN Time will end on December 1st.
December 5-15 will be used for testing (MAP, F&P, Benchmarks, etc.)
January 3rd Agenda:
8:00-9:30 Meet with your team and organize your WIN time groups. Create a plan with your team based on data.
Meet with the WIN team in the coaches' room to sort groups on the excel sheet (final groupings)
9:30-10:00 Kinder
10:00-10:30 1st
10:30-11:00 2nd
11:00-11:30 3rd
11:30-12:00 4th
12:00-12:30 5th
Any open time would be to plan for tier 1 and WIN time.
