Here is the plan for the Monday Fall Festival.

PK-2^nd Costume Parade

Monday morning between 7:50-8:00, we will have all students join us on the blacktop. I will call down grades 3-5.

PK-2 will remain in the building. PK-2 will line up outside near the gym (exit through gym or Kinder doors).

Once we get 3-5 seated, we will start with 2^nd grade and they will come around and walk around the blacktop and then sit down in their area on the blacktop. We will then repeat this for 1^st grade, Kinder, and then PK.

I will use Group Me to communicate when to send the next grade level

WIN Time

WIN Time will be used for hallway pep rally games. The WIN team will come around and run the pep rally games. They will want classroom teachers to help facilitate the games.

Specials

Specials will remain the same. Specials team will organize fun fall activities to do during their time with the students.

Field Games

We will have students running the field games. We will pull them today or tomorrow to go over the games they will “run”. We are asking that teachers stay with their grade level during field games to help assist the student volunteers. We are also asking that the special education teachers to help out in field games (Estrada, Willis, Hebert, Ellis, Kohler, Rodriguez).

We will need the special education teachers help on Monday morning getting the filed games set up. We will set up the field games in the FIELD (ha ha ha!) across from 5^th grade.

Schedule: Lunch and Recess, for the most part, has remained the same. Please make sure to check out the schedule.

Fall Holiday Movie in the flex room (send a calendar invite to reserve the flex room)

Popsicles

I will purchase popsicles for all students to have during recess time. Please make sure to throw the trash away 😊 Popsicles will be in the lounge fridge. Have a teammate grab them before you go to recess.

As always, things may change before Monday. I just wanted to make sure to give you an “idea” of what Monday will look like.
