Rede Amazônica de Clínica de Direitos Humanos
ABSTRACT
1.1 The Amazon Network of Human Rights Clinics is a cooperation agreement between Legal Clinics of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), the Federal University of the West of Pará (UFOPA), the Federal University of the South and the West of Pará ( UNIFESSPA), the University of the State of Amazonas (UEA), the University of Brasília (UnB), and the Joinville Region University (UNIVILLE) for the promotion and cooperation in clinical education in law. The activities of each Clinic vary from participation in simulated national and international arbitrations, acting before the judiciary, human rights defense, case studies, amicus curiae, among others. Professor Gabriela participates annually in the meetings and in 2017, she coordinates the VIII Meeting of the Network in June 06 to 08, 2017.
1.2 ADVISORY OPINION AT THE ICHR: At the end of 2016, through the Amazon Network of Human Rights Clinics, an Advisory Opinion was held in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. It is a result of the partnership with the Amazon Human Rights Clinic Network.
RESUMO
1.1 a Rede Amazônica de Clínica de Direitos Humanos é um acordo de cooperação entre as Clínicas jurídicas e análogas, da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA), Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará (UFOPA), Universidade Federal do Sul e do Oeste do Pará (UNIFESSPA), a Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (UEA) a Universidade de Brasília (UnB), a Universidade da Região de Joinville (UNIVILLE) para a promoção e cooperação em educação clínica no direito. As atividades de cada Clínica variam desde participação em arbitragens simuladas nacionais e internacionais, atuação junto ao judiciário, defesa de direitos humanos, estudos de caso, amicus curiae, entre outros. A professora Gabriela participa anualmente dos encontros e coordena o VIII Encontro da Rede em 06 a 08 de junho de 2017.
