ABSTRACT
Analysis of the interpretation of the precautionary principle in Brazilian law. The research is embedded in a larger study of comparative law, coordinated by Prof. Mathilde Boutonnet the Université Aix-Marseille, CERIC. In the Brazilian context, the interpretations by the judiciary in various thematic areas, such as hydropower, marine resources, genetically modified organisms, agriculture, etc., are being analysed.

Análise da interpretação do princípio da precaução no direito brasileiro. A pesquisa está inserida em uma pesquisa mais ampla de direito comparado, coordenada pela Prof. Mathilde Boutonnet da Université Aix-Marseille, CERIC. No âmbito brasileiro, estão sendo analisadas as normas e as interpretações feitas pelo judiciário nas mais diversas áreas temáticas, tais como: hidrelétrica, recursos marinhos, organismos geneticamente modificados, agricultura, etc..
