ABSTRACT
Financing: Cooperation agreement between UnB and ICMBio
Project Description: The general objective is to compile the legal opinions of ICMBio's Specialized Federal Prosecutor's Office (PFE/ICMBio) into a database which, once completed, is a technological tool for quickly searching for the legal interpretation of the PFE/ICMBio, aiming for greater legal uniformity and transparency of information for ICMBio employees and the external public, within the legal limits. The specific objectives were: to build the database with the compilation of opinions, which functions as a technological tool for quickly searching for the legal interpretation of the PFE/ICMBio; to ensure access to information for society on the following norms: Decree 6514/2008; Complementary Law 140/2011; Law 11.516/2007; and SNUC Law 9.985/2000.

Financiamento: Acordo de Cooperação entre UnB e ICMBio
Descrição do Projeto: O objetivo geral é a compilação das manifestações jurídicas da Procuradoria Federal Especializada do ICMBio (PFE/ICMBio), em uma base de dados que, uma vez concluída, é um instrumento tecnológico de busca rápida para a interpretação legal da PFE/ICMBio, visando mais uniformidade jurídica e transparência de informações por parte dos servidores do ICMBio e ao público externo, nos limites legais. Foram objetivos específicos: a construção da base de dados com a compilação dos pareceres, que funciona como instrumento tecnológico de busca rápida da interpretação legal da PFE/ICMBio; assegurar o acesso à informação da sociedade do seguinte recorte normativo: o Decreto 6514/2008; a Lei Complementar nº 140/2011; a Lei 11.516/2007; e a Lei 9.985/2000 do SNUC.
