The Israelites kept choosing the wrong road and getting into trouble. Their enemies kept attacking and things were going very badly. They needed to call out to God for help.
Announce this good news:
"God heard our cries, and He has sent someone to help deliver us from our enemies! He sent us a leader who will help rescue us and judge our enemies. Praise our gracious, loving God!"
Here is a picture of modern day judges:
Deuteronomy 16:18
“You shall appoint for yourself judges and officers in all your towns which the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment."

Your teacher will give you an activity to simulate mining for resources in Australia.
Students to take photos of their activity and upload to Seesaw - before, during and after the activity.
God has provided a vast range of resources in the earth and we have a responsibility to look after our earth.
Now look at these slides to see some of the many others ways that people impact the surface of the earth.
In order to help protect our beautiful places and nature, Australia has created National Parks where people have to take extra special care to protect our environment.
Soccer drills such as dribbling around markers, kicking to each other and playing square soccer will be conducted prior to playing a game.
The teacher will sit down with their group and go through the rules of the game and how to play. Once all students are clear on how to play/the expectations you will have a game with the teacher refereeing.
