Choir Sings at the Park!

Last Saturday our Boyle Choir competed in Music at the Dollywood Parks. Our Choir placed 3rd in their class, there were 10 classes in the competition. 

The participants who competed for Boyle were Addi Cash, Addy Mayes, Addie Holland, Lex Poland, Kylee Hughes, Owen Sheaks, Eli Powell, Landon Westerfield, Camilla Clay, Brennan Dutcher, Emery Stone, Jenna Newby, Cassidy Moss, Crystal Coffey, Cadence Rogers, and Addie Haines. 

A quote from Emery Stone about the competition is, “I’m really proud of our Choir group, we are the Advanced Choir and we competed just for fun and just to see how it would turn out. I’m so proud of all of us. I think we did a great job and I’m so hopeful for the next people who are in choir, that they also have the opportunity to go to this competition and do the things we did. We placed third and I’m very proud of us for that, we got an excellent rating which is great, I think we did really well.”

Make sure to show love for all of Boyle County’s Choir’s hard work, they deserve it!
