Technology has made creating and implementing formative assessments easier than ever before for teachers. There are a wide variety of tools out there that can be used. On our site, we offer badges for two of the most popular tools, Kahoot and Quizizz, but so many others exist!
You may earn this badge TWICE, but you MUST submit assessments from TWO DIFFERENT sites/platforms and you can't double-dip with Kahoot or Quizizz.

TO EARN THIS BADGE
1. Create your formative assessment in your chosen platform.
2. Follow the directions on how to share your creation.
3. Submit the link or upload the required evidence here or click the Request A Badge link in the menu
4. In the form, please specify BOTH the platform used and the CONTENT focus of your creation.
Sites that you can submit from and this list is by no means exhaustive. There are likely far more! You must share the assessment you created in the site to earn this badge.
Click the three dots over your Nearpod, click Share.
Make sure you're logged into your .ORG email and click the "G"
Copy the link and submit that in the form.
Once you open Google Drive, you can share the Peardeck creation as you would any other Google Doc or folder. Copy the shared link and submit that in the form.
Open the activity. Click on share beneath the activity name and then click on the small button to copy link and submit into the form.
