Actively engage your students with reporting class happenings, posing questions, pictures etc. for at least three weeks. We should see at least 2 posts a week, the more pictures the better.
Why Tweet about the events in your classroom? It's a great way to provide a window to the outside world about the daily events going on that most parents may not ever see. Creating posts that may be just a few lines of text about what the students are doing or what they are studying can help parents keep more connected to their child's daily education. Adding pictures to posts provides an even deeper connection, and students love to have their work and actions published.
Before publishing your younger students, make sure that parents have not rescinded media rights!!
